The SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master certification exam comprises 60 MCQs that need to be completed within 120 minutes. The passing score is 73% that means 44 out of 60 questions should be correct for SASM certification.

You can take up the first attempt of the exam anytime after completing the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master training. The second attempt can be taken immediately after the first attempt. The third attempt can be taken after waiting for 10 days and the fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.

To attain the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course certification, attend the 2 days live training, attempt the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master online test by Scaled Agile and clear the exam with a minimum of 73% for SASM 5. After clearing the assessment, you will get the certification from the Scaled Agile.

SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master certification is valid for one year and includes membership in the SAFe® Community Platform.

SAFe® certification needs to be renewed every year. To renew the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master certification, you need to log in to the Scaled Agile Community portal and pay the annual cost of renewal which is $100.
