Biography

Lindy Quick is a SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) candidate and a seasoned Lean-Agile Transformation Coach. She brings over 20 years of multifaceted experience, including software application development, database administration, test automation, cyber-physical solution development, and executive leadership.

Her expertise covers manufacturing, insurance, the federal government, and defense sectors. She has a proven track record of coaching large-scale agile transformations, demonstrating a strong ability for process improvement and education. Currently, she serves as a Senior Business Agility Consultant, where she is dedicated to fostering Lean-Agile principles and mindset in organizations and individuals through coaching, training, leadership development, and the successful execution of transformations.

Lindy also boasts an extensive tenure at the Social Security Administration, where she held various roles over 15 years. Her positions included software developer, database administrator, Deputy Center Director for the Kansas City Region, and Senior Advisor to the Chief Program Officer of the Disability Case Processing System. His extensive experience, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities make her a valuable asset in leading agile transformations across diverse industries.
