Currently, he serves as an Agile Transformation Coach for a leading airline, where he plays a crucial role in driving enterprise-level Agile transformations. His diversified background includes working with some of the world's most prestigious organizations, such as Europe's largest retailer, a top European bank, and one of the largest automakers in the United States, providing him with a broad spectrum of industry insights.

He holds the SAFe SPC from Scaled Agile, AKT from Kanban University, ICP-ACC from ICAgile, PSM III from Scrum.org, PMI-ACP from PMI, and several certifications from Scrum Alliance, including CAL1, CSP, CSM, and CSPO.
