It is possible that the information sent to the receiver will not be understood, which is a downside of this kind of communication. Only confirmations that the communication was successfully sent to the intended recipient are received by them.

3. Pull Communication

As the name suggests, this style of communication is well-suited for reaching a large number of people who like to consume information at their own pace. The Project Managers save this information in a data repository on the corporate server or in a place where other team members or stakeholders may have access to the information. Slide presentations, study materials, and training sessions are all effective methods of conveying information. Project Managers can interact with one another using any of the methods listed above. Before deciding on a communication strategy, Project Managers must take into account all of the available options, as well as the size and geographic distribution of the target audience. These are just a few of the issues that Project Managers must take into account when deciding on a communication strategy.

4. Responsive Communication

Communication is incomplete without active listening, which is something that is often overlooked. Effective active listening is essential for team members to grasp the concept of being heard and understood for what they have said, written, or presented. A variety of methods are used to deliver feedback. How you carry yourself in person shows your concentration, whereas inquiries and prompt replies suggest that you have taken in the material. 5. Written Communication

A website is a fantastic resource since it allows all team members to keep track of the project's progress, even in areas where they will not be participating directly in work.

7. Face-to-Face communication

Meetings are advantageous for people who have objectives and want to ensure that everyone hears the same message. These seminars enable participants to work together and share their thoughts naturally. Collaboration with other teams improves morale and can assist a team in achieving more innovation and passion for its goal.

By speaking directly with a member of the team, you will be able to gauge their feelings and ensure that they have received your message. If you want to ensure that the message is received by everyone participating in the project, it is your obligation to ensure that it is received.

8. Synchronous communications 

When all parties communicate at the same moment, the communication is said to be synchronised.
