This 3-day comprehensive course will help you become an expert in planning and executing Program Increment (PI) planning events accurately. Furthermore, learn how to recognize and solve obstacles, dependencies, and risks, ensuring smooth flow and timely delivery. NOTE: According to the new Scaled Agile guidelines, only participants taking their first SAFe course or the SPC course will receive a 1-year membership. For the participant who have taken subsequent courses, will be receiving a 60-day membership regardless of whether their membership is still valid.
