A Certified Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events, directing the team towards a common goal, imparting knowledge of Scrum practices and principles to Agile team members, and removing impediments.
Simpliaxis’s CSM certification training offers you a thorough understanding of the skills required to manage Agile teams. This Scrum Master training will help you master the Scrum framework alongside Scrum artifacts, roles, burndown charts, retrospectives, product backlog, sprint backlog, and sprint planning.
To pursue the Certified Scrum Master training, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree. The course is suitable for experienced professionals and newbies alike. Although an understanding of Scrum is beneficial, it isn’t mandatory. No prior work experience is required.
The CSM certification comes with a validity of two years. After completion of this period, it’s important to renew this certification. To renew the certification you should pay $100 as a renewal fee and submit the necessary SEUs.
The CSM exam includes 50 multiple-choice questions. It’s important to obtain a passing score of 74%.
